Describe what makes you think you're suitable to join a faction as important as this?: Well, I can not say for sure what this exactly means.  I'm fairly experienced with teamwork, RP, etc. I don't really have anything else to say, I like to keep myself short. What's your Character Backstory?(Minimum 300 Words): Jeffrey Sinclair was born in Dublin, Ireland. As a child he went to a normal school, and later managed to study Geodetic Earth System Science and Data Analysis. He worked as a Geodetic in Iceland for twenty years, before the Combine, also known as the Universal Union, invaded. Jeffrey owned a Rifle he used to shoot several Animals on weekend days. He was on a press conference in Berlin when the Combine invaded, talking about the geographic changes the Black Mesa incident was making on the Earth. The Combine AKA Universal Union brought him into City 33, what once was Cologne. There, he worked as a simple Citizen, trying to survive. He lived in a small Apartment complex near the now wrecked Cologne cathedral, visiting it often. During one visit, another Citizen, wearing a strange white Uniform, asked him: "Would you ever want to join our great benefactors? The Civil Workers Union, the Civil Union, the Civil Protection and even the Overwatch are looking for more members that can serve the Universal Union greatly! Will you be one that becomes a true citizen, or stay a simple-minded, stupid pleb with no future?" The man walked off, leaving Jeffrey to wonder what the Overwatch was. He knew about everything else, but Overwatch? What was that? He tried to inform himself, but barely anybody knew about what he meant. After he asked a Civil Protection Officer, he was brought in for questioning, but later released. He still did not recieve any answers, so he continued looking around, before making another visit to the Cologne Cathedral. The man sat there again, and Jeffrey asked: "What is the Overwatch?" The man didn't answer, before a crossbow bolt cut right through the man's head. Jeffrey ran away in shock. A rebellion had began, fighting erupted all over the streets.  When the situation got worse Jeffrey Sinclair  transferred to Industrial 17, living there and trying to survive in the harsh Ukrainian conditions. After his arrival, he tried to join the Industrial 17 Overwatch Transhuman Arm after finding a Poster explaining what the Overwatch was, and what he would do. It seemed promising for him, however it soon turned out to be a awful mistake. Describe the Overwatch Transhuman Arm in your own words: The Overwatch Transhuman Arm is the Combine's main military might on  Earth, They consist of Human Synths, such as the Overwatch Soldier, the Overwatch Shotgun Soldier, the Overwatch Elite Soldier, and the Overwatch Prison Guard. It depends on the upcoming Server lore how the following changes, but there does not appear to be a rank structure between the Soldiers, however the Elite Soldiers usually lead Overwatch Squads, being superior by far. How does the Overwatch Transhuman Arm serve in a governmental manner?: They protect the City administrators and Breen himself. What kind of roleplay do you expect to find in the Overwatch Transhuman Arm? Teamworks, S2RP, P2L, Events, and most importantly learning codes. Do you understand that OTA is about tactics, teamwork and communication? I want to do my part. I wish to be a part of something bigger and better than myself, and the Overwatch is exactly that. I admire the Universal Union and the Overwatch.
